§3 Data Driven Decision Making

During my analyst’s career I solved a lot of requests from the colleagues.


For example a marketer may asks me to give him information about the campaigns performance, since he wants to chose the campaigns which require improvements.


Or another example, a project manager can ask me to create dashboard with the performance of push-notification, since he wants to chose notification which need changes.


This request are similar for me, because for both of them I gathered information, make some charts and converted it into the decisions.


Why don’t they make decisions by themselves? Because their decisions have consequences and they wanna be 100% sure that they are making right decisions. That is why my work is valuable for them.
